Plans and renewal

SignetKeys is a monthly subscription — Solo ($39/mo), Studio ($129/mo), and Label ($349/mo), with features and limits listed at signetkeys.com/pricing. Prices exclude tax/VAT, which is calculated at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.

Who bills you

Your subscription is sold and billed by Paddle, our merchant of record — the charge on your statement will reference Paddle. Paddle handles payment, applicable tax or VAT, and issues your invoices. Manage everything self-serve — payment method, invoices, plan changes, cancellation — via Manage billing in your SignetKeys portal, which opens your Paddle billing page.

Cancellation

Cancel any time via Manage billing in the portal (or by emailing support@signetkeys.com). Cancellation stops future renewals: your service continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and no further charges are made. After that, signing stops — while your signing history and tamper-evident evidence log remain readable to you, and your Developer ID certificates remain yours through your own Apple Developer account.

Refunds

Our full Refund Policy is published separately; in summary:

Because each billing period is paid in advance and service is available continuously, we do not provide partial or prorated refunds for the unused remainder of a period after cancellation. If something has gone wrong — a billing error, a duplicate charge, or the service failed you — email support@signetkeys.com and we will make it right; refunds in such cases are issued through Paddle. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have in your jurisdiction.

Plan changes

Upgrade or downgrade any time via Manage billing; changes and any proration are applied by Paddle per the terms shown when you confirm the change.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Paddle retries and notifies you. While a subscription is past due, signing is paused (your history stays readable) and resumes automatically when payment succeeds.

What happens to your key

When a subscription ends, the dedicated hardware token holding your signing key is retired and its key material destroyed. Your certificates are issued by Apple to your own developer account, so your signing identity itself is never dependent on us — see our security model.
